Ludlum’s Best Novel - Exciting Movie
If you’ve read Robert Ludlum’s The Bourne Identity, you won’t see too much similarity to the book once Jason Bourne is fished out of the water. The only Carlos in this movie is in the (fortunately) deleted alternate opening.

Although the Richard Chamberlain tv mini-series was more faithful to this book (at least until the last few minutes), this movie is much more exciting and likely to keep you on the edge of your seat. You don’t want to miss it.

The extras on this DVD sounded quite good, but were more pr for the movie than anything else. If you have a different version of the Matt Damon movie, don’t pick this up just for the extras.

If you haven’t read The Bourne Identity (Bourne Trilogy, Book 1) be sure to pick up a copy. It’s great reading.

The best Bourne
This movie is the best of the Bourne trilogy (which says a lot, since they’re all great), and on HD-DVD it’s even better. I have it on both DVD and HD-DVD, and the difference is huge on my 46″ TV. This is one of the best action movies of the past 10 years without question.

The chemistry between Franka Potente’s ‘Marie’ and Matt Damon’s ‘Jason Bourne’ sizzles on top the European scenery where it’s left to rest on this film adaptation of Robert Ludlum’s novel. The result is a splendid kickoff to a strong trilogy treating a CIA black op gone bad and, to boot, amnesiac.

My son got me into these flicks. Now there’s no getting out.

A great night’s entertainment here. And the fun has barely begun.

The Bourne Supremacy [HD DVD]

Why Buy A The Bourne Supremacy [HD DVD]?
Good enough to suggest long-term franchise potential, The Bourne Supremacy is a thriller fans will appreciate for its well-crafted suspense, and for its triumph of competence over logic (or lack thereof). Picking up where The Bourne Identity left off, the action begins when CIA assassin and partial amnesiac Jason Bourne (a role reprised with efficient intensity by Matt Damon) is framed for a murder in Berlin, setting off a chain reaction of pursuits involving CIA handlers (led by Joan Allen and the duplicitous Brian Cox, with Julia Stiles returning from the previous film) and a shadowy Russian oil magnate. The fast-paced action hurtles from India to Berlin, Moscow, and Italy, and as he did with the critically acclaimed Bloody Sunday, director Paul Greengrass puts you right in the thick of it with split-second editing (too much of it, actually) and a knack for well-sustained tension. It doesnt all make sense, and bears little resemblance to Robert Ludlums novel, but with Damon proving to be an appealingly unconventional action hero, theres plenty to look forward to. –Jeff Shannon

Bourne Supremacy
I bought the entire Bourne series for my dad, and own the series myself. With each subsequent movie in the series, the action gets more intense, and Matt Damon becomes my hero over and over again!

One of the best action game I’ve played. A MUST HAVE single player game. I bought it the same day as NG2 and just wanted to try it for a bit before playing the NG2 but got so hooked and tried it for 5 hrs. Great hand to hand combats with combos alike fighting games and great shooting system. If you like Shooting and Fighting games, This is the best of both world. When went to play NG2, I was just craving for more Bourne actions and had to just go back for more Bourne.

Gets the Adrenaline pumping!!! This a good change of pace from most action or stealth games. If you have seen the movies then this is just like playing the movie. The fighting is very innovative and the take down moves are awesome. The fights look just as hardcore as they do in the movies.
The button press inserts never get repetitive and if you have to play a certain part over you feel good when you nail it just right. If you loved the movies and the books then pick up the game. It’s a nice change of pace to the regular action games on the market. challenging and fun are balanced equally.
