Our last camping trip to the mountains of NC was a very wet experience. Our old tent leaked and leaked…Time to stay dry! Coleman Sundome Camping Tents includes a large door for easy entry/exit with a hooded fly to provide ventilation even in rain. A large rear hooded window also provides airflow for cross ventilation. Mesh vents on the roof provide additional ventilation and the rugged 1000D polyethylene floor is a bath tub style for extreme weather protection.

My wife and I (plus Dalmation!) have now been camping in this tent three times in the Hill Country outside Austin in Texas. Twice we have experienced serious thunderstorms (and if you have been to Texas, you’ll know that I am not exaggerating when I say they were bad) and have stayed dry both times. Also has excellent ventilation for the hot and humid weather here. Thoroughly recommend this tent for the money.

I bought this tent as a 7×5 tent for my gear and I and has worked perfectly for sleeping in at night. It will fit 2 single air mattresses but it will fit 1 double with extra space for gear.

This is a very inexpensive tent that has held up beautifully for over 10 camp trips so far with kids. I did use seam sealer, but it amazed me one night that we stayed completely dry in a torrential downpour and high winds…can’t beat that!

Excellent tent for those who only use a tent a few times a season. Been through quite a few storms and have spent entirely dry nights sleeping. Tent sets up easily and is light enough to take back-packing (8lbs). The tent has lasted quite a few seasons already and I expect it will last a few more.
