Although I have had this DVD for a while, I still love it! The steps are easy to learn and you really get a great workout. The music is motivating! The workout clothing and backdrops are a bit cheesy, however I hook up my surround sound and still have a great time!! Definitely worth the money…

I love this set of DVDs! The beginner got to be too easy so I went on to the advanced quite quickly. You have to have a bit of coordination or you’ll just stand there marching in place watching Beto flirt with the women behind him. He’s a bit silly, but it’s refreshing compared to the boring stuff I’ve tried before. The music is fabulous and really keeps you going. What I like best is that it’s a well-rounded work out and when you feel like you can’t do the steps one more time, it seems you are on to something else before you know it. I highly recommend this to anyone, but be sure your floors aren’t slick! If so, get a mat or rug that won’t move around while you’re shaking and wiggling about. It’s so much fun and I look forward to it every day.

I really had a great time doing this workout.It’s easy follow and I really got sweaty. I’m looking forward to another Cardio Salsa. The best thing about keeping fit, is having fun with it. The best is combining dance with exercising, then it’s a pleasure doing it, not an obligation.

This is such a fun workout. I love the music, the instructor and all of the Latin style moves. It was also fun to see a little guy playing the drums to keep the beat/pace of the workout. The pace is a bit fast, but that is what keeps this workout interesting and fun. I highly recommend the workout to anyone with two right feet!!!!!
