This swing is great. My daughter loves to sleep in it, even when it is turned off. I signed up for it because I have a thing about clutter and didn’t want a large swing taking up room. I also have two large dogs and wanted to make sure she was out of their reach until they were used to her. I put it on the kitchen table and it is very secure (no, I am not advocating this for everyone as I am aware it could be dangerous). To solve the problem of her head falling to the side when she was a newborn, I put a Snuzzli pad in and she loves being all cuddled up in it.
This swing is light enough to easily carry it with one hand for travel. It folds compactly for both travel and storage which makes it nice to keep around for young visitors when you’re baby outgrows it. The soft reclined seat supports the baby even when they are very small. The baby’s head doesn’t flop around like sometimes happens with other swings. The Fisher Price Ocean Wonders Swing also has several different speeds to accommodate babies of all ages. The swing has a really nice lighted adjustable bar that you can turn on for the baby to be entertained by. This swing also has soft music to soothe the baby. The seat has plenty of room for the baby to grow, my baby’s legs still have plenty of room to grow. AWESOME BABY SWING!!!
When I had my second daughter my sister let me borrow her Ocean Wonders Aquarium Take Along Swing by Fisher Price. We needed a swing upstairs, and because of limited space, our regular swing wouldn’t fit and it wasn’t practical to be carrying it up and down the stairs all the time. I loved this swing so much that now that I am due with my 3rd child, I went out and bought my own.
I bought this on Superbowl Sunday to entertain my son and his grandparent’s house while everyone watched the game. It set up very easily — my 11 year old sister-in-law basically put the whole thing together! It is very sturdy, the music isn’t annoying and made my baby happy. In truth, he seemed to like it even more than his much more pricey papasan swing at home… (ugh) — we travel a lot and this is far easier to take with us as it truly is pretty portable.
A Must Have
My 4 week old daughter uses this swing daily! It is small enough that I can take it in the bathroom with me. She swings while I take a shower each morning. The seat is soft enough that it craddles her and I don’t have to worry about her head bobbing around. It is also easy to take to grandma’s house!
